After washing your dog with shampoo, pour a bit of conditioner into the palm of your hand; the amount you need will vary depending on the length of the hair. Leave it in for two minutes*. Then rinse thoroughly.
*For curly and very knotted dogs we recommend brushing before rinsing out the conditioner.

Return
We have a 30 day policy for returns. They will have to be in their original condition, undamaged, unused and with the complete seal still on. We will help you get the product back to us and we will refund you the purchase, except from the shipping costs.
